Yantra Alpha Explorer Program – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Yantra Alpha Explorer Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Program is organized by Yantra Works LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program, participants must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• Have the technical capability to develop a game using the Yantra platform.
• Comply with all Program guidelines and requirements.

3. Program Duration

The Program commences on October 13th, 2023 and concludes on December 31st, 2023. All projects must be submitted by the end of the Program to be eligible for rewards.

4. Rewards

• Ten (10) selected projects will receive a reward of $1,000 each.
• Payments will be processed within 30 days of project submission and approval.
• Rewards are subject to applicable tax laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

While developers retain the rights to their game designs and content, by participating in the Program, developers grant Yantra Works LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote their game for marketing purposes related to the Yantra platform.

6. Program Expectations

• Developers are expected to report any bugs, issues, or feedback related to the Yantra platform.
• Developers should ensure their games do not contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or discontinue the Program at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Yantra Works LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Program or use of the Yantra platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program signifies acceptance of any modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States of America without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or participation in the Program will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, United States.
